The EXECUTIVE package

This business portrait package provides our clients a nice selection of flattering images to choose from.  The head shots are ideal for use in business cards, press releases, social networking sites and company publications.  The business portraits you select will be retouched and enhanced to make you look your best.  Your portrait session is held at our studio and can be booked at any time (during the work day, in the evening, or on weekends) that will be convenient for your busy schedule.

The EXECUTIVE business portrait package includes:  

Pre- shoot consultation by phone (10 to 15 minutes to discuss wardrobe, and details) 

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION (30 to 45 minutes in-studio) with: 

                             2 Outfit changes 

                             2 Backgrounds 

You receive: 

§         An online proof gallery (7 days to select favorites) 

§         2 selected images retouched and enhanced 

§         File versions formatted for print, black white, and for web publishing   

§         Press release versions in digital format to AP specifications with caption 

§         Unrestricted publication use rights for print and the web 

§         Image files delivered on CD or FTP 

§         Discount on print products*

Additional co-workers booked and photographed at the same time add $175 each  

The PRESIDENTIAL package  

This business portrait package provides you with a more customized portrait session because we bring the studio to you.  In addition to head shots made in front of studio backgrounds we also include your business setting to make environmental style portraits of you.  By incorporating elements of your location into the photography we produce a truly unique image that will impress your clients and prospects.  These personalized portraits are ideal for feature articles and annual reports. Like all of our portrait products, your images will be expertly retouched to present you in a positive manner.  

The PRESIDENTIAL business portrait package includes:  

Pre- shoot consultation by phone (10 to 15 minutes, discuss wardrobe) 

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION includes (60 to 90 minutes estimated) both environmental style and studio background type images with: 

                             2 Outfit changes 

                             1 studio background 

                             2 location settings (environmental portrait) 

You receive 

§         An online proof gallery (7 days to select favorites) 

§         2 selected images retouched and enhanced 

§         File versions formatted for print, black white, and for web publishing

The CHAIRMAN of the BOARD package 

Much like a session for a magazine feature article, this is more customized and expansive portrait session. This package includes environmental style and studio background type images like the PRESIDENTIAL package but in more settings.  This extended portrait session allows for more time to include multiple wardrobe changes and location set ups.  This is ideal for the high profile entrepreneur who requires a variety of images to illustrate their public profile. 

The CHAIRMAN business portrait package includes:  

Pre- shoot consultation by phone (10 to 15 minutes, discuss wardrobe) 

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION includes (90 to 120 minutes estimated) both environmental style and studio background type images with: 

Up to 4 Outfit changes 

                             2 studio backgrounds 

                             Up to 4 location settings (environmental portrait) 

You receive 

§         An online proof gallery (7 days to select favorites) 

§         4 selected images retouched and enhanced 

§         File versions formatted for print, black white, and for web publishing   

§         Press release versions in digital format to AP specifications with caption

*Our clients often can not resist having a copy of their portrait for their home or office wall so we offer a 15% discount on our standard print prices if you order prints with your portrait package. 

BUSINESS PORTRAIT OPTIONS 

STYLIST:  We can arrange for a make-up artist/stylist to help prepare you for your business portrait.  Fees for this can be quoted upon request. 

ON- LOCATION PHOTOGRAPHY: While we are at your location, after your portrait session, you can arrange to have additional photography done for your business.  We can photograph your products, facility and staff for all of your marketing, advertising and PR needs.  Fees for this are quoted based on scale and scope of your request.
