TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESS PORTRAIT PACKAGES  

All studio photography sessions, location photography and client consultations are by appointment only. 

Payment in full is required for the photography session when the appointment is booked. 

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY  

·         7 or more days notice you can re-schedule with no penalty or 90% refund of session fee if cancelled

·         6 to 3 days notice re-schedule or 50% refund of session fee if cancelled

·         48 hours or less notice forfeit 100% of you photography session fee

LOCATION PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS 

STANDARD and EXECUTIVE Business portrait packages are conducted only in our studio location 

PRESIDENT and CHAIRMAN Business portrait packages include travel up to 35 miles from our studio location. Additional fees for extended travel will be quoted and billed as required at the time of booking. 

Location sessions that run over time due to client caused delays will be billed at the rate of $125 per hour with payment due before proofs and images are provided to the client.
